The procedure is straight forward:

1. The company identifies a problem that has engaged their resources for some time -one of reasonable complexity
2. Detail a team of multi-specialists Design, Manufacturing, Product Development, Quality and also Marketing to work with the Consultant
3. A One day workshop for this team for analysis and problem definition
4. 6-8 Weeks Incubation period. During this time the team and consultant will meet and review progress, deliberate solutions /alternatives. Could interchange information thru email/web meeting. Sketching user experience and Design Scenarios
5. Presentation of Solution/Results to Management. If accepted, go-ahead for prototyping and evaluation. Institutionalizing the process, forming of Innovation teams funding and planning future Strategic moves
