Patent Engineering

Patent Engineering is a Training concept developed by Ramdata to augment the exposure of scientists and engineers and inventor to have both IP and Patenting skills (disclosures, claims etc) together with knowledge of Innovation & Problem solving tools and methodology which will enhance the capability to design, invent and solve problems with a view to build a formidable Patent portfolio, new products and process and strategically position the company to handle future customers need and global markets.

Patent engineering is about finding state-of –the –art technology by mining information from the huge Patent Data Base. Identifying opportunities for developing new products and services and building patent portfolios of commercial significance.

TRIZ (Russian Acronymn for Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) helps to systematically mine patent information to enable Forecasting technology development and solving complex design and development & system related problems in Engineering, Science, business and society. R&D establishments which are tasked with strategic development of national importance, can benefit through patent portfolio analysis, infringement, & circumvention policy framework as well as augment existing design and production skills.
